Quality and validity
Process history and quality information v1.0: gives preliminary estimates, based on raw profiles of the reflectivity. The estimates are based on local maxima of the refractive index structure coefficient. Three local maxima are detected, and the three of them suspecting to be corresponding to the boundary layer height is selected based on the lidar aerosol estimates and on temporal continuity. To be further improved, by using smoothed reflectivity data before the application of the detection criteria (v2).
